MTI 20/40lb Class Braid

Built to get the best from braided lines between 20 and 40lbs, this short butt, long tip blank design made from high quality carbon, features a semi fast taper action, but with a soft tip to compliment the non-stretch nature of modern braid lines.

The flow of power through the tip is at first gradual, but then rapidly increases in the mid section in to a stiff butt to produce the power to really work big fish at depth.

Being ultra light in weight with a slim overall diameter, the rod can be held for long periods without tiring and is ultra sensitive to bites, again complimenting the natural asset of non-stretch braid. It is ideal for all drift and static ledger fishing situations, and especially when fishing in very deep water where the bite detection qualities of the MTI blank design is a major advantage.

Finished with shrink tube for improved sensitivity and grip, and in a hi-gloss black finish to minimise dirt and sat adhesion.
