The leg locks work a treat, when you need them and the extra wide butt cups (height adjustable) mean that operating a fixed spool on either side is trouble free. The whole thing gives you confidence wether you are on a rock mark or storm beach and independant leg adjustment makes the tripod useable on any mark.

Packs away into it's own purpose built Bag and easy to carry. Not the lightest tripod and that is where it's strength lies, that and it's build quality. Best item of tackle I have ever bought.
